The Space:
**Note: the hot tub portion of our pool is not heated. It is just a whirlpool.**
Welcome to our inviting home! As you step inside using the convenient digital door code, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room featuring a queen sleeper sofa, additional seating, and a large SmartTV for your entertainment pleasure. Need extra space? Our bonus living area has an additional queen sleeper sofa. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a full-size fridge, microwave, oven, and stove. Follow along to discover the charming dining room with an oversized farmhouse table and bench seating, perfect for unforgettable family game nights.
Our home comprises four cozy bedrooms. The first two bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds, while the third bedroom is a delightful haven for kids with twin over twin bunk beds. The last bedroom provides ultimate relaxation with a king bed. Two full bathrooms ensure convenience for all guests.
The backyard is a key social space outside of our home, featuring a refreshing pool, a fenced-in space with ample greenery, and comfortable patio furniture. Please note that the hot tub portion of the pool is not currently heated.
We're excited to be your hosts and provide you with an unforgettable stay!
**NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

With its convenient location, our house serves as the perfect base for you to experience the best of San Antonio.

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
